Meet our DEI Committee.

Employees who feel they can be their authentic self at work vs. those who don’t are nearly three times more likely to say they’re proud to work for their company.* MGA Thermal believe in creating a rich company culture and balanced team where everyone feels valued, respected and treated fairly. We want working at MGA Thermal to be the highlight of our people’s career. We believe we should be proud of the work we are doing and how we are doing it; in a space where every one of our team members feels psychologically safe to be themselves.

Our DEI Committee ensures our commitments to diversity and inclusion are informed and complete. The Committee grows with our company. Currently, we have five voluntary members (left to right): Arden Jarrett - Marketing Manager- Brand, Glen Reynolds - COO, Dominic McAtamney - Project Engineer, Ben Fraser - Engineering Manager and Jacqueline Gow - Human Resources Officer.

The DEI Committee ensures our DEI plan is progressing by monitoring, evaluating results and improving the initiatives. The group also acts as a ‘focus group’ of the broader team and gives the team a strong voice when informing company cultural policy.

It is company policy to regularly consult with the DEI Committee in order to ensure that MGA Thermal is making inclusive decisions.
